Specific for the caldari t3 cruiser tengu. Is it's unprobability solely down to subsystems and fittings, or do some of the skills help as well? I wish to train for one to do pve activities in low sec. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanky...

7. resist skills and armor mods - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Active mods(hardeners) require to be activated and thus use capacitor to give their bonus to resists. Run out of cap and the module shuts off. Passive mods(energized adaptive nano membrane etc) only required to be fit to the ship.
